Description
Applied Physics is a course of a theoretical-practical and experimental nature. Its purpose is to motivate the student's ability to understand physical phenomena for the practice of engineering, through the development and performance of appropriate experiments. Its results contribute to the development of skills to analyze and interpret data and use engineering judgments to obtain conclusions.Throughout the course, the following thematic axes are developed: rigid body dynamics, elasticity, oscillatory movement, mechanical waves and their propagation in elastic media; as well as hydrostatics and hydrodynamics, heat, electrostatics and electrodynamics. This knowledge will serve as a basis for the student, providing skills for the specialization courses.
