Construction Project Management I is a course of a theoretical-practical nature. Its purpose is to initiate the student in the knowledge and development of construction project management skills, using the Lean principles associated with a model integrated with BIM, and developing the knowledge areas of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks. and interested. Its results contribute to the development of leadership and work skills in a collaborative environment, setting goals, planning tasks and setting objectives.Throughout the course, the following thematic axes are developed: introduction to project management; project life cycle; project management processes; initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and control; and closure of the integrated model.
