Strategic Contract Management is a theoretical-practical course. Its purpose is to facilitate the knowledge about procedures and protocols necessary for the contractual management of projects, as well as the use of tools for their control. Its results contribute to the development of leadership and work skills in a collaborative environment, setting goals, planning tasks and setting objectives.Throughout the course, the following thematic axes are developed: execution modality and contracting system; types of bidding and stages of the bidding process; contract structure; analysis and interpretation of the various types and modalities of contracts; management of contractual risks, changes and additions, term extensions, disputes and arbitration; liquidation of work; and preparation of the dossier.
