Leadership and Ethics is a theoretical-practical course. Its purpose is for the student to reflect and respond to the possible ethical and moral dilemmas faced by professionals in civil engineering, in the exercise of their professional life. Its results contribute to the development of skills for the recognition of ethical responsibilities and the application of ethical and professional principles in the field of engineering.Throughout the course, the following thematic axes are developed: ethics and morals, ethical analysis of human action, moral behavior according to different philosophical schools, moral degradation and corruption, theory of justice, leadership and professional ethics in civil engineering and company ethics.
