Description
Concrete Technology is a theoretical-practical course. Its purpose is to provide the student with fundamental concepts of the chemical and physical behavior of the materials that make up concrete and of the same concrete as a composite material; as well as its practical application, production, handling on site, tests and standards. Its results contribute to the development of skills to carry out appropriate experiments, analyze and interpret data and use engineering judgments to obtain conclusions.Throughout the course, the following thematic axes are developed: materials that make up concrete, fresh and hardened concrete, dosage and mix designs, and concrete quality control.
