This laboratory offers Industrial Engineering students a modern infrastructure and equipment, mainly for food quality control tests. It allows determining compliance with national and international quality standards of reference following Good Laboratory Practices.
Characteristics such as soluble solids, acidity and moisture are evaluated, as well as mass and volume measurements. The students' work is constantly supervised by our teachers and qualified technical personnel with experience in product analysis.
The participative work in the laboratory provides the student with the vision and analytical skills to determine the quality of the products.
