In industry, transforming a raw material into a product is a complex process, which is carried out through a set of unitary operations and unitary processes. Designed for this type of work, this laboratory seeks to focus its research on areas such as chemical products and food and beverages.

Thanks to its equipment, it offers technical advice in food dehydration technologies by freeze-drying, pulverization and bulk. It also has a pilot plant for reverse osmosis water treatment that allows us to provide technical advice to users. We also support the research work of our students and teachers.
