Lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Master in Civil and Commercial Law from the National University of San Marcos. Doctoral studies in Business Law from the University of Seville. Postgraduate studies in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation from the University of Salamanca (Spain). Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lima in Corporate Law: Chairs of "Commercial Law II", and "Consumer Protection". He was a technical assistant in the Review Commission of the current General Law of Companies of the Congress of the Republic. Consultant of the International Organization for Migration O.I.M. Arbitrator of the Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, OSCE, the Arbitration Center of the Pontificia Universidad Católica and the Chiclayo Chamber of Commerce.

He has been a member of the Higher Arbitration Council of the Lima Chamber of Commerce. General Director of the Peruvian Magazine of Business Law. Member of the Peruvian Institute of Commercial Law. He has been a member of the Administrative Court and President of the Committee for the Protection of Minority Shareholders of CONASEV (current Superintendence of the Securities Market), member of the Bankruptcy Procedures Commission and President of the INDECOPI Consumer Protection Commission. Author of the work “Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance”. Arbitrator registered in the Single Registry of Arbitrators of the INDECOPI Consumer Arbitration Board. Senior Partner and Head of the Corporate and Consumer Protection Area – Competition of TYTL Abogados.
