Industrial Engineer graduated from the San Agustín de Arequipa National University and a Master's degree in Strategic Business Administration (MBA), awarded by CENTRUM PUCP. With an International Master in Leadership at EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Professional experience of more than 15 years leading industrial installation projects, continuous improvement projects to optimize products and processes, quality certifications under international standards and strategic planning in finance and human resources; in leading companies in the food and services sector. At the same time, professor of Business Management and Operations courses at the University of Lima.
