Research interests

She is currently Associate Professor of the Department of Production Engineering and Systems at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and full professor of the Postgraduate Program in Production Engineering at UFSC Florianópolis. She has a post-doctorate from the Postgraduate Program in Production Engineering, Operations Management area (2016-2018) and a PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2016). She completed the Sandwich Doctorate at the Ecolé Nationale dEngenieurs de Tarbes (ENIT) France (2013). She has a Master's Degree in Production Engineering (2010), Specialization in Scientific and Technological Education (2008), Specialization in Industrial Management: Production and Maintenance (2009) and a degree in Food Technology (2007), from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Parana. She directs the research group SINERGIA-Sustainability and Innovation in Renewable Energies at UFSC. She participates as a researcher at the Management and Sustainability Center (NGS / UFSC). Her research areas are: Sustainability, eco-innovation, renewable energies and reverse logistics. She works a lot with the structured analysis of literature, such as: bibliometrics, scientometrics and content analysis. She has published in high-impact journals such as the Journal of Cleaner Production, Sustainability, and IEEE Latin America Transitions. She has presented the results of her research at national and international conferences. In addition, she has published books and book chapters in the areas of research.
