Member of the Scientific Research Institute and Professor in the System Engineering School at the University of Lima, Peru. He leads the 'Business Development, Knowledge Management and Innovation' research group. His current research covers knowledge management, information management, and innovation management, with a special focus on emerging contexts. He has been working for more than 10 years in sectors such as insurance, banking, FDI and IT. Guillermo’s work has been published in leading journals such as Management and Organization Review, International Journal of Innovation Management, amongst others.
