Research interests

She obtained the titles of Master of Arts and PhD with mention in Spanish at the University of Colorado at Boulder, in 2003 and 2014, respectively. Before, in 1996, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Literature from the National University of San Marcos.

Her research interests are Peruvian and Latin American literature of the 19th and 20th centuries; especially, poetry and narrative written by women in which gender relations are problematized and in which the female voice is shown as an autonomous instance endowed with agency.
