This project aims to identify and study the aspects that condition the participation of private actors in the IP market in Peru. Current processes for the formulation and execution of IP and how they can encourage participation will be analyzed. For this, information on the critical success factors and their influence on participation decisions will be collected; The data will be collected through surveys and interviews.
