Certain APP instruments, such as private initiatives (IP), are recognized as an important channel for the provision of infrastructure and public services; However, the results of the processes have not been as expected. This project aims to identify and study the aspects that condition the participation of private actors in the IP market in Peru. Current processes for the formulation and execution of IP and how they can encourage participation will be analyzed. For this, information on the critical success factors and their influence on participation decisions will be collected; The data will be collected through surveys and interviews. Likewise, cases will be reviewed that will help contrast the perceptions and opinions shown.
