Description
In the fight against non-communicable diseases, it is known that communication can lead to an increase in people's healthy eating, which is a factor in preventing obesity, hypertension, diabetes or cardiovascular disease. However, the levels of healthy eating in the Peruvian population are low, mainly due to the fact that people have accustomed their palate, from children, to the flavors of unhealthy foods. Therefore, this research seeks to promote healthy diets in families, at the time when children begin to accustom their palate to food. The effect of communication content will be studied in 315 mothers of children from 1 to 5 years of age, in order for them to increase the consumption of fruits in their children's diets. The results of the study seek to contribute to the public health of the country and increase knowledge in communication about which contents are most effective to motivate healthy diets in people.
