Project summary

This project, led by the NGS/UFSC Research Lab, seeks to continue the project developed in the period 2018-20121. The research activities developed in this period will expand the study and work developed aiming to expand the knowledge associated with adding value in organizations, as a result of how they manage their main resource, knowledge and considering as Drucker says that "Knowledge is information in effective action achieving results ". Information and its flows in processes/organizations were also addressed. As well as aspects related to ICT, its use, development.
The objective is to address these elements in terms of their impact and even acceleration of organizational competitiveness. It seeks to understand the relationships and impacts of knowledge, information on organizational competitiveness considering the triad of people, processes and technology.
Over the period, a set of activities will be developed to support the internationalization of research at the NGS/UFSC and also at the EGC.
