Project Details

What are the legal issues that must be seen from the Law taking into account the advances in robotics and the concerns that arise from the so-called roboética? Considering that robotics has areas in which it has been reaching important and controversial developments, such as its application in the treatment of patients or orientation in airports, the present investigation will attempt to arouse the interest of legislators and jurists in the subject; Likewise, it will answer the question by identifying the main legal aspects, ensuring the fundamental rights of the person and the best social use of technology.
