The present project proposes to experimentally evaluate the training scheme that works best to train police officers who receive complaints of violence against women. The experimental approach evaluates three different scenarios in which the frequency of training varies and the existence or not of reinforcements over time. The evaluations will be carried out in Lima with a representative number of police officers at the police station. At the close of the project, an investigation report and training materials will be produced so that the most effective scheme can be replicated by the police.
