In recent years we have witnessed pandemics such as Ebola, Avian Flu, and more recently Sars Cov-2 with really dire results. The effects of this pandemic have negatively impacted health, economy, education, transportation, and employment around the world. In this complicated global context, Peru has not been the exception. Despite being one of the first countries to take isolation measures in Latin America, our country has the highest mortality rate in the region, violence problems due to quarantine, food security problems, economic losses, being one of the countries most affected in the region. In order to reduce the impact of the current pandemic, the testing, tracing and isolation strategy was put in place. Thus, digital contact tracing plays a crucial role in targeting tests and intelligently isolating positive cases. To implement digital contact tracing, it is necessary to collect the location, dates and time of the citizens together with a pseudonymous identifier that allows the link but protects the identity [deanonymization-attack]. This information is very rich to study how people move and how they are infected. However, it is also very sensitive information. In this way we ask ourselves
