Project Details

Description

At present, agribusinesses are subject to growing international competition that increases in certain products, such as lucuma. This research attempts to determine how the lack of knowledge related to international physical distribution and operational failures affect the profitability of the export of this Peruvian fruit. Likewise, it is intended to develop a different and competitive distribution plan, which gives the product an added value that is beneficial for national lucuma producers. Being competitive in exports is of vital importance, ensuring profitability and profits for the Prolúcuma association, which will have an impact on the country with a higher income from foreign exchange.
