Project Details
Description
The project proposes the development of a new technology, economical and easily accessible nationwide, for the removal of arsenic in waters from the mining industry.
The research is focused on the preparation of the biomaterial of tare gum with magnetite NPs, biodegradable, which allows an easy removal of arsenic thanks to these being adsorbed on the magnetite NPs and can be magnetically removed leaving the tare gum ready for be biodegraded.
