Investigate the process and problems of adaptation that Colombian private law has experienced since the last decade of the 20th century, taking into account the impact of the 1991 Constitution on the Civil Code, the Commercial Code, the Children's Code and Adolescence, the Consumer Statute, an event that caused a series of problems regarding the perspective from which the provisions enshrined in these regulatory bodies must be examined, in order to establish mechanisms for the protection of consumers, the preservation of the environment, the regulation of common use goods, the right to property, the right to obligations, civil liability, freedom of business, personal and patrimonial relationships of the family and each of its members, data protection and artificial intelligence, among others.
