The textile industry, among others, emits aqueous pollutants harmful to water bodies. Its elimination requires specific and expensive treatments. In turn, agricultural activity in our country represents a source of organic waste that can be revalued. A product with these characteristics is tare, which is processed for the production of rubber and dust, and tannins, processing that leaves transformable waste. Taking into account this situation, the investigation proposes the preparation of pellets based on the nanocellulose obtained from the waste from the production of tara gum and activated clay, for its use in the removal of methylene blue from the textile industry.
