Sufficiency of private autonomy as a generator of property, responsibility and inalienability rules in the metaverse

This research work aims to focus on the application of a set of rules on a virtual space as ethereal and novel as the metaverse. Therefore, the main objective is focused on evaluating the sufficiency of private autonomy in the establishment of rules of property, responsibility and inalienability in said virtual environment. The research seeks to demonstrate the need to establish rules similar to those that guarantee the ownership of the rights that we have in a democratic society, but with mechanisms that guarantee their effective execution.
