Abstract
The present research analyzed the relationship between the elements of organizational unlearning, knowledge exchange and innovation in organizations in Ecuador. The method used was structural equations modeling applied to the hypotheses presented in the structural model. The information collection was carried out in the months between January and May 2022. It was identified that there is a positive relationship between the consolidation of emerging learning and innovation, as well as the knowledge sharing with innovation. In the case of perspective adaptation and the framework for changing individual habits, no significant relationship was found. The importance of correct management of knowledge exchange and openness to new ideas and projects is highlighted to improve the innovation of the organizations in the country analyzed.
