Abstract
This paper analyses the process of creation and diffusion of videos that young YouTubers develop, in order to understand the kind of abilities deployed through it. Using the digital ethnography method, the study evidences some technical, social and critical abilities, which point to a different experience, lived within the contemporary collaborative culture.
