Abstract

The Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Brazilian, in particular universities permanently develop several actions that are provided in the MOOC format on different platforms. The purpose of this study is to propose an artifact with the MOOCs courses available as well as the platforms used by universities. This study adopts the Design Science Research methodology, to develop the artifact. We searched all MOOCs courses offered for free and with the issuance of certificates by 68 Brazilian public universities. The results of this study is a portal web with all the MOOCS courses of the HEIs. The artifact was demonstrated and evaluated and the impact that it provides on training and as a knowledge enhancer was perceived. This study suggests the creation of a unique platform for Brazilian public universities as a punctualizing ecosystem to knowledge management for access by society in general.
