Abstract
Although many in the capital do not know it, there are filmmakers who, outside of it, struggle to tell their own stories. The author tells us a little about this unexplored terrain that has benefited from new digital technologies in terms of achievements and aesthetics; it has overcome limitations and faces the threats it faces.
