Abstract
In this article, the authors develop the constitutionally protected content and the scope of the constitutional right to prior consultation in Peru and explain the treatment that this right receives in Peru. In addition, from a constitutional perspective, they analyze the impact of the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on the exercise of the right to prior consultation of indigenous and native people.
