Abstract

In the Vargas Llosa's essays it reveals the strong influence of French literature. That is to say, Vargas Llosa had discovered his passion for literature in France and he read certain fundamental authors such as Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, Victor Hugo and Gustave Flaubert. In these writers' works Vargas Llosa found the essential principles of the literary creation.
