Abstract
Investment and profitability factors of the main aquaculture resources cultivated in the three watersheds of Peru have been identified, in the sea of Grau and in watersheds of both, Lake Titicaca and Amazon, through a descriptive-applicative research, oriented to the study of national fisheries development. The research methodology included information gathering and analysis and field work for its comparison and validation, following the conceptual and referential framework that is part of this investigation, about Aquaculture investment and project profitability in Peru. A general view of the world and Peruvian aquaculture has been considered. It is shown as an example, the culture of trout in Peru, both its production and its investment and profitability.
