Abstract
In recent times the world has been going through a series of changes motivated
by the appearance of various phenomena that impact labor relations such as technological innovation, nanotechnology, climate change and the appearance of new biological risks such as SARV COV2 that lead to that labor migration increases in search of better opportunities and working conditions in which health and safety intervene. Therefore, this research article presents the context of migrants, as well as the working conditions that are maintained in the different sectors and their impact on safety and health, as well as presents some proposals for public policies that lead to improve this decent work situation.
