Abstract
Attempts have been made to determine how ethical behavior of women entrepreneurs in Peru, concerning their attitudes and behaviors influence the achievement of leadership in management.
Interviews with five Peruvian entrepreneurs and the choice of a sample of employees from each company, we have established how workers perceive the attitudes and behaviors of Peruvian entrepreneurs to exert positive influence among their followers.
It has been established categorically that the ethical behavior of Peruvian entrepreneurs contributes to the achievement of its corporate leadership In addition it has been determined that communication attitudes, and attitudes like to receive suggestions, such as ethical attitudes of women entrepreneurs Peruvian influence the achievement of leadership in management.
Also the ethical conduct of Peruvian women entrepreneurs such as not speak or
scream every time something does not work and give orders to not like at all times, influence the attainment of leadership management.
Also to be creative and interested in new developments, we will face new ethical
challenges of this century, which would make it difficult to achieve the leadership of their
management
On the other hand interviews with the micro-management on which they conduct their
business is based on the experience and management skills acquired in the working day to day management of the comp
