Abstract
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that people who have some type of disability need to be included in society on an equal footing with others in order to achieve equal and balanced treatment. One way to achieve this is to regulate the use of assistance dogs in our country, taking into account the variety of services they can provide. Thus, people with disabilities will be in better conditions to function, participate and intervene in public activities, access to transportation, work and others that are currently impossible for them to access. In our country, only the use of guide dogs for people with visual disabilities is regulated, forgetting about other types of disabilities.
