Abstract
In this research, the chemical analysis of 15 Rímac river water samples was performed to determine the chloride and sulfate content, alkalinity, hardness and pH level. The results were compared with the permissible limits of current technical standards. Most found values were within the established range. Thus, it is concluded that the Rímac river water is suitable for concrete production.
