nternationalization is considered one of the current trends in higher education, and is linked to technical scientific development, supported by information and communication technologies, a view that points to the “global society”and the “knowledge society”. The objective of the research is to propose a general procedure for managing the internationalization of higher education, based on the need to socialize and motivate teachers and authorities about the importance of internationalization to achieve the quality of substantive processes and support,as well as a key element in the achievement of university excellence. Internationalization is the way for higher education institutions to open up to the world.
