Abstract

The first aspect implies an economic situation very limited, whose repercussion determines the inability to satisfy the elemental needs like subsistence, that affects the possibility of people development.

The second aspect, that comes like an automatic consequence, is shown on the society whose structure in function to patterns and negative attitudes, gives an unequal treatment to the people considered like a special human group and in addition the rejection, it is denied for them the integration possibilities, contrary to motivate them, always in function to a diversity of prejudices.

In fact, our profession is facing a challenge with great dimensions, which implies commitment and identification with the people who suffer, that goes beyond the consultory attention but that implies a work of social projection, along with the institutions involved in this social problematic, whose base will be always bound to the attitudes of each one of us.
