Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between collaborative work and teacher performance in a network of basic education schools. The type of research was substantive and the non-experimental cross-sectional design was correlational. The population was made up of 120 teachers and the sample of 71 high school teachers. To collect the information, two surveys were used, a collaborative work measurement scale and a teacher performance measurement scale. The studyconcludes that there is a moderate positive direct relationship between collaborative work and teacher performance. Regarding the teaching and learning dimensions of students and collaborative work, the relationship is direct positive high, while in the dimensions Participation in the management of the school articulated to the community and Development of professionalism and teaching identity and the collaborative work the results show that there is a low positive direct relationship between the variables.
