Ciclo de conhecimento como gerador de valor: Uma proposta integradora

The aim of this paper is to propose a knowledge management cycle from the main theoretical approaches to literature. We used a descriptive literature search to identify and analyze existing GC cycles in the literature, discussed seven of them. The results propose an integrator and unprecedented GC cycle. We conclude that during each cycle of activity there is a generated value, and identified a dynamic character in this cycle defined by the continuous improvement of KM practices and by the implementation of the same, and the lessons learned a practice that has a list fundamental in this dynamic.
