Resumen

The factors that influence the civic, democratic and intercultural training of Peruvian rural girls were identified, as well as the actors that contribute to the recognition of identities that strengthen social rights and duties through intercultural dialogue. From a qualitative exploratory design, and with the help of experts in the field, foresight techniques were used to determine the factors that are most influential and dependent. The results indicate as key factors school dropout, school day and climate, learning achieved, and learning strategies. The Peruvian Ministry of Education represented the most influential agent in the system. From these results, it is convenient to research more about the gender gap between rural children and about the construction of a specific intercultural citizenship for different contexts in Peru.
